Key takeaways
- White label SEO reports show your logo, colors, and domain, with no trace of the tool that made them. Clients see one agency, not a stack of vendors.
- Zutrix includes white label on the Agency plan from $89 a month with unlimited clients. SE Ranking sells it as a $69 add-on. AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client.
- A good report is one or two pages: rankings for money keywords, organic traffic and conversions, links gained and lost, work done, work planned.
- Automate it. A scheduled PDF plus a live link the client can open any day beats a manual deck every month.
White label SEO reports are the reports an agency sends under its own name. The data comes from a rank tracker, Search Console, Analytics, and a backlink tool, but the client sees your logo, your colors, and your domain. This guide covers what to put in one, how to build and automate it, and which white label SEO tools include the feature without charging per client. Prices were checked on September 16, 2026.
We build Zutrix, which includes white label reporting on its Agency plan. It appears in the tools section. We are a vendor. The advice on what to include and how to structure a report stands on its own, and we compare our pricing with the others in the same table. For the full stack, see SEO tools for agencies.
What white label SEO reports are and why agencies use them
Branded SEO reports, white label SEO reporting, SEO client reports: the names vary, the idea is the same. A white label report is generated by software but branded as yours. The vendor's name does not appear. The PDF has your logo on the cover, your colors in the charts, and your domain on the live link. Clients experience one company. That matters for three reasons: it looks professional, it keeps clients from shopping the tool directly, and it lets you charge for the reporting as part of your service.
White label goes beyond the PDF in good tools. A live report link on your own subdomain, an embeddable ranking widget for a client portal, and email notifications from your address are all part of it. When comparing white label SEO software, check which of those are included.

What to include in a white label SEO report
Clients read the first page and skim the second. Put the decisions on page one. Rankings for the keywords tied to revenue, organic traffic and conversions, and links. Then what you did and what you will do. Everything else is an appendix or a live link. Our SEO report template guide has a full layout.
| Section | Data | Source | Why the client cares |
|---|---|---|---|
| Headline numbers | Organic sessions, conversions, average position for money keywords | Analytics, Search Console, tracker | Is it working? |
| Ranking table | Top 10 to 20 keywords with position, change, and screenshot link | Rank tracker | Where do we show up? |
| Traffic and conversions | Organic sessions and goals, month over month | Analytics | Is it bringing customers? |
| Links | New and lost referring domains | Backlink monitor | Is authority growing? |
| Technical health | Audit score and issues fixed | Site audit | Is the site sound? |
| AI visibility | Mentions in ChatGPT and AI Overviews | AI tracker | Do AI answers name us? |
| Work done and planned | Three bullets each | You | What am I paying for? |
How to build white label SEO reports, step by step
- 1
Pick a tool with white label included
Check that it removes vendor branding from PDFs, live links, and emails, and that it does not charge per client. See the tools section below.
- 2
Upload your brand once
Logo, colors, and a custom domain for live links, such as reports.youragency.com. Do this once and every project inherits it.
- 3
Create one project per client
Add their keywords with the right city and device, their domain, and two or three competitors. Connect Search Console and Analytics.
- 4
Build one template
Headline numbers, ranking table, traffic, links, audit, work done and planned. Save it. Use the same template for every client so they learn to read it.
- 5
Schedule it
Monthly PDF on the first working day, sent from your address, plus a live link in the client's welcome email that they can open any time.
- 6
Write the human part
Three bullets on what you did and three on what is next. This is the part no tool writes and the part clients remember.

SE Ranking with the Agency Pack
SE Ranking's Agency Pack costs $69 a month on annual billing on top of the $129 Core plan. It adds white label SEO reporting, a client portal with logins for 30 clients, and unlimited scheduled reports. The portal is the best client login experience here. Total is about $172 a month on annual billing. See SE Ranking pricing.
AgencyAnalytics
AgencyAnalytics includes white label on every plan and connects 85 plus data sources, at $20 per client per month on annual billing plus rank tracking add-ons. It is the choice for agencies whose reports span ads and social. See Agency Analytics alternatives for the cost comparison.
Semrush, DashThis, and Looker Studio
Semrush offers white label PDFs on its $549 Advanced plan or through the Agency Growth Kit. DashThis includes white label from $49 a month per three dashboards and connects to your other tools. Looker Studio is free and fully brandable, but you build every template and pay for non-Google connectors. Our SEO dashboard guide covers the Looker route.
Mistakes to avoid in white label reporting

- xReport 40 metrics. Five that drive decisions beat 40 that fill pages.
- xPay per client for prospects and pitches.
- xLet vendor branding leak through on email notifications or live links.
- xSkip the context sentence on a drop. Silence reads as hiding.
